Foundation Repair Before & After Photos

Jeff is a homeowner in Lincoln, NE, and the family enjoyed the use of their sunroom. The room sits on top of a concrete slab that started to settle. Jeff also had concerns about one of their foundation walls, which he discussed with Service Technician Jeremy Haynes. To stabilize the foundation wall, we installed piers and, for the concrete, we used PolyLevel to level out the unevenness. Jeff was thrilled with the work done on his home! 

Kevin is a homeowner in Hickman, NE, that needed some foundation repair. Service Technician Brandon Brown went out to the home and was able to identify that due to hydrostatic pressure, expanding and freezing soil, the exterior wing walls broke and tipped over. The crew installed anchors and covers to stabilize the walls. Kevin was very pleased with the final look and the hard work the crew put into the project.

Elaine is a homeowner in Springfield, MO, and was getting ready to start remodeling her kitchen. Before starting the project, she wanted to address the sloping floors. System Design Specialist Nick Rosenthal was able to see that there was space between a foundation wall and the main beam. The crew installed Smart Jacks and a supplemental beam to fix the slopping floor. Elaine was thrilled to know her floors were properly supported.

Marissa is a new homeowner in Omaha, NE, and wanted to make sure the front porch was in good shape, so she called Thrasher. Service Technician Wes Marshall went out to inspect the porch and was able to see that the three support columns were starting to sink and that one of the supports had fallen over. The crew installed four Smart Jacks and a supplemental beam, giving the porch the right amount of stabilization. Marissa was thrilled to have Thrasher come out to her home and fix her porch!  

Steve is a homeowner in Russell, KS, who needed some basement waterproofing. He was tired of dealing with water coming into his basement and cleaning up after it would rain. System Design Specialist Justin Seiler also found saw some of the foundation walls were bowing recommended a solution for both problems. Crews started with installing WaterGuard and CleanSpace to prevent water from coming into the basement. We also stabilized the foundation walls with PowerBraces and GeoLock Wall Anchors to stabilize the walls. Steve was happy with how the whole project came together!
