This homeowner lives with her mom and she was worried that the mold and moisture growing in her basement would start to negatively affect her mother's health. She wanted her problem fixed right and fixed all the time regardless of the external situations, so when she found out about the TripleSafe Sump Pump System, she knew we would be able to help her. We had System Design Specialist Jimmy Hungerford to inspect the homeowner's basement and determine what the primary problem was with mold, and give the homeowner a better look as to what solutions would be most beneficial. Jimmy found that a TripleSafe Sump Pump System would be perfect to keep water out of the basement and prevent any moisture buildup overtime from standing water, but for the mold growth problem and current moisture issue, a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier would be best to keep the air dry. The homeowner was excited by this idea because she loved the idea of her mother staying healthy with these quickly installed solutions. This homeowner noticed a few sagging points in his floor and he wanted this problem fixed quickly, so he decided to give us a call.  We sent System Design Specialist Brock Jackson to inspect the homeowners crawlspace and determine what was causing the floors to sag as well as determine what solutions would be best to fix this problem. Brock found that the sagging parts of the floor were due to moisture in the crawlspace and that support structures were weakened by this problem. He knew just how to solve this, so he called for an installation team to come to the home and start encapsulating the crawlspace to prevent further damage. The installation team utilized CleanSpace Vapor Barrier to encapsulate the crawlspace, then they addressed the sagging floors issue by installing SmartJacks and a supplemental support beam to strengthen the structure. To further protect the home and prevent any problems from happening again, they installed a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. This homeowner was struggling with water pooling on his concrete. His concrete was sinking, cracking, and causing a tripping hazard, so he knew that he wanted to get this problem fixed right away, so he gave us a call. We sent System Design Specialist Justice Haven to inspect the homeowner's concrete and determine what was causing the concrete to have so many problems as well as suggest solutions to fix these problems. Justice found that water was getting into the cracks and joints of the concrete, washing out the soil underneath the slab and causing the concrete to settle. He also pointed out that the water that was pooling on his concrete was making the problem worse. After discussing options to fix this with the homeowner, Justice called to set up an installation appointment for the homeowner quickly. One of our installation teams came out to the home and utilized PolyLevel foam and NexusPro sealant to lift, level, and seal the concrete driveway. This concrete driveway had a giant crack and was extremely unlevel! This can damage your car and can even be dangerous for you! To repair this driveway, we used PolyLvel to stabilize the concrete slab and make it level. Then we caulked that crack with NexusPro, leaving a safer driveway for everyone.
