Thrasher Foundation Repair Before & After Photos

Jill is a homeowner in Lindsborg, KS, and needed some foundation repair. Her foundation was cracking and splitting in multiple locations, so she decided to call Thrasher Foundation Repair. System Design Specialist Austin Ure went out to Jill’s home. 

During the inspection, Austin was able to see that the cracking and splitting that Jill saw had also caused large cracks to form upstairs as well. The crew installed Push Piers to stabilize the foundation. Once the Push Piers were installed Jill was glad to have gained peace of mind knowing her foundation was supported and stabilized. 

Jeff is a homeowner in Hinton, IA, and was worried about the shape of his concrete driveway. Parts of the driveway had huge voids underneath and he didn’t want the concrete to fall in and result in foundation issues. So, he gave Thrasher a call to learn more about our concrete repair.

System Design Specialist Corey Little was able to identify that there were multiple voids underneath the driveway and garage slab. We were able to use PolyLevel to fill the voids, NexusPro Joint Sealent to close up the joints, and SealeantPro to seal the surface from future damage. Betty is a homeowner in O’Neill, NE, and was having problems with her concrete driveway. She noticed that the front stoop and some of the driveway were leaning towards the house. Worried about the impact this would have on her home, so she decided to give Thrasher a call.

Wendy is a new homeowner in Carroll, IA, and wanted to get the concrete on her driveway and walkway leveled out. After hearing good things about Thrasher, she decided to give us a call. 

We sent System Design Specialist Neil Kwiatkowski out to Wendy’s home. Neil saw that the front porch area and step broke off from so much settlement. The driveway also had significant areas of settlement, that created tripping hazards for anyone walking. The crew used PolyLevel to lift the concrete back up to the original height. Then closed the exposed joints with NexusPro Joint Sealant. Wendy couldn’t believe how great the area looked once the concrete repair was completed.
