Tripping Hazard Concrete Repair in Norfolk, NE
This homeowner wanted to fix his concrete because it was a tripping hazard he wanted to protect his grandson from. He had heard of our reputation for great concrete repairs, so he gave us a call.
We sent System Design Specialist Jesse White to inspect the driveway and discover what was causing this tripping hazard. Jesse found that the concrete was settling due to unstable soil underneath it, and this was allowing for cracks to form. Our team utilized PolyLevel foam and NexusPro sealant to lift, level, and seal the concrete so that the tripping hazard was gone.

Tripping Hazard Concrete Repair in Andover, KS
This homeowner waned to fix his concrete walkway because it had become a tripping hazard, so he reached out to us after hearing about our concrete repairs.
We sent System Design Specialist Sheldon Sharp to inspect the walkway and determine what was causing this walkway to sink. Sheldon found that not only was the driveway sunken because of a void underneath the joint, but the driveway was also causing a tripping hazard for the same reason. Sheldon talked to the homeowner about fixing this issue quickly, so that his family wouldn't have to trip over the concrete in his driveway or the walkway. The homeowner agreed, so our team got to work right away injecting PolyLevel foam to lift and level the concrete, then utilizing NexusPro sealant to seal the joints that were now leveled.

Interior and Exterior Waterproofing in Johnston, IA
This homeowner wanted to keep his basement dry all year round, and since he had previously used our services, he decided to give us a call.
We sent Service Technician Michael Holtzbauer to inspect the water problem in the basement of this homeowner. Michael found that the homeowner had not waterproofed any of the corners that commonly leaked water, and that the downspouts were pointed directly towards the basement. Michael solved this by installing a CleanSpace Basement Wall Vapor Barrier to the interior corners of the basement, burying the downspouts and directing them away from the basement, and he added PolyWells to protect the window from causing any water to seep into the basement.
When the project was complete, the homeowner was thrilled that the house looks good and that the installation was quick. Check out the installed PolyWells on the home's exterior!
