Crumbling Driveway in Raymore, MO Repaired
Larry G. was having problems with his driveway crumbling. He was growing worried about the concrete slabs towards the end of the street, that was where the most crumbling was happening. Looking for a concrete repair service, he decided to give us a call.
We sent System Design Specialist out to the home. The team was able to use PolyLevel to lift and level the driveway, walkway and stairs. CompressionGuard was installed to prevent concrete from the street from expanding and pushing up on the driveway. Then NexusPro Joint Sealant to seal the joints.
Concrete Leveling in Savannah, MO
Debbie and Mark G. love to spend time outdoors on their back patio with their family. They are planning on putting patio furniture under their pergola but are unable to due to settled concrete causing water to pool in that area. Looking for a long-term solution, they decided to give us a call.

The team leveled and lifted the concrete back to the original position using PolyLevel. They then removed the existing caulking and sealed the joints with NexusPro Joint Sealant to prevent water from entering again. Settling Foundation in Sioux City, IA Saved with Push Piers
Evan G.’s home was settling, and he was having trouble with doors shutting properly and cracking in the drywall. Looking for a long-term solution to stabilizing his home, his son recommended to have Thrasher come out and take a look.
We sent Service Technician, Matthew George out to the home. His was able to identify that the westers corner of his home was settling into the ground, which was causing problems inside the home. Cracks were also starting to appear in the floors and back patio. We were able to install Push Piers and attach them into the footings of the home to permanently stabilize the foundation and prevent further settlement.
Settling Driveway Leveled and Sealed in Milford, IA
Leslie W. has only lived in her home a few years. Last year there was a water break causing her driveway to sink. After falling on the driveway, she was worried that it would become a trip hazard for others, she decided to give us a call.
System Design Specialist Ryan Van Cleave went out to the home and was able to identify that one third of the driveway had settled. We were able to use PolyLevel to lift and level the sunken concrete effectively eliminating the trip hazard. To keep water from entering the rest of the control joints in the driveway and sidewalk leading up to the house we used NexusPro to seal up all the control joints giving Leslie the peace of mind that the rest of the concrete will not settle.

The team removed a portion of the floor slab and exposed the top of the footing. We were able to install WaterGuard on the footing and surround the area with crushed rock and poured new concrete.
