Thrasher Foundation Repair Before & After Photos

These homeowners were dealing with a settling driveway and street creep issues in their forever home. The concrete had settled over an inch in the past year which made it difficult to park their car in the garage. They had to press hard on the gas pedal just to maneuver into the garage. To solve these problems, we used PolyLevel to lift and level the driveway, creating a smoother surface. We also sealed all joints and cracks with NexusPro to protect against water damage. To address the street creep issue, we put in CompressionGuard, a product that reduces the effects of street expansion. The homeowners were relieved and impressed with their improved driveway. 

This homeowner had a problem with water getting into their house through the joints. Over time, the water found its way into the joints and then inside the house. Even though the basement wasn't used a lot, the homeowner wanted to fix the problem before moving and selling the house. They didn't want to pass the problem on to the next owner.

To stop the water from coming in, we put a special barrier called CleanSpace and a system called WaterGuard along the east wall. This combination keeps water from getting into the foundation. We also put in a TwinLiner and an M53 pump under the stairs. This helps collect water that comes in through the bottom of the wall or joints and moves it away from the house.

This home's buried downspouts were constantly getting full of leaves, so the homeowner decided to do something about it. We installed RainDrop gutter guards on the existing gutters. RainDrop protects against leaves and debris, plus it's maintenance-free! The homeowner  says he is "happy not to have to worry about it anymore."

In preparation for selling their house, the customer wanted to ensure it was in good condition to get the best price for it. They chose Thrasher over the competition, who quoted nearly double the price for the same job.

The customer's main problem was the sinking and uneven concrete steps in the front of their house.
