This Hastings homeowner was concerned about her sinking concrete and the voids under the concrete. The concrete's unsealed control joints were allowing water to run under the concrete slavs causing voids and settling of concrete. This customer has lived in her home for quite a while, but recently she's noticed one of her basement walls start to crumble. At some point they dug out the crawlspace and made room for storage and for the HVAC and water heater. Rather than installing a proper concrete wall, they put a concrete skim coating over the dirt wall that was dug out.
