Concrete Repair in Johnston, IA

This customer lives here with his family but he is also a home host for a disabled child which is why he wanted to get his sidewalk fixed. He didn’t want his children and wife to trip and get hurt on the sidewalk up to the house. We fixed the problem by lifting and leaving the concrete with our PolyLevel foam. We then sealed up their control joints with NexusPro sealant to prevent water and rocks from getting in the joints.

Bowing Brick Walls in Axtell, NE

This customer and his wife have lived in their home for 30 years now. At some point, they hope to sell their home and move out of the state. They want to ensure that their basement wall does not cave in to ensure their property value. This clay brick home is over 100 years old and hydrostatic pressure over all of those years caused the wall to bow. We installed our EverBrace system to stabilize the wall and ensure that it won't cave in.

Fast Foundation Wall Fix in Tama, IA

This project was completed by Thrasher Foundation Repair within a single day. The homeowner contacted us when she noticed a bowing foundation wall because she had prior experience working with us and was confident in our ability to deliver. To fix this issue, we utilized PowerBraces. PowerBraces serve to support, stabilize, and gradually straighten the foundation wall to its original position over time.

Concrete Damage from Poor Drainage

This customer loves her old concrete. She wants to prevent trips and protect her concrete for years to come. The problems with the concrete were due to the soil being washed out from poor drainage. To fix this, we lifted and leveled the concrete with PolyLevel and caulked the joints with NexusPro. We installed RainDrop gutter guards and buried her downspouts to prevent this from happening again!

Foundation Settlement Repair In Des Moines, IA

This customer wanted to stop the settlement of her home in order to maintain its value. The front corner of the home was settling and falling away from the house. This was causing the entire wall to rotate out. To fix this, we used push piers to support the foundation. To be sure this solution would be permanent, we drove our piers to bedrock or load-bearing soil and double-tested them that day.
