This homeowner had to pull her house off the market due to structural issues. She wanted these foundation issues addressed and fixed in a timely manner so she could sell her home at full value. The soil on the outside of the wall had pushed the poured wall in about an inch, causing cracks in both corners and several drywall cracks in the finished area. We installed GeoLock earth anchors to permanently stabilize the foundation wall and prevent more inward movement.

Thrasher was recommended to these homeowners and we installed WaterGuard, CleanSpace, and a TripleSafe sump pump, creating a waterproof basement! 

This homeowner was constantly dealing with cold kitchen floors, so he decided to do something about it. The problem was the vents were open and the insulation was failing in his crawl space. It also wasn't encapsulated, which contributed to the cold kitchen floors. We installed CleanSpace crawl space encapsulation system, vent covers, and SilverGlow insulation! This homeowner's floors are no longer cold!

This homeowner was worried about his wall coming into his finished basement further because it had already started to cause interior damage. The reason this was happening was because hydrostatic pressure from his backfilled area was pushing on the area, causing it to move in. To fix the problem, we installed 5 GeoLock earth anchors to stabilize his wall and straighten them over time. Plus, we ended up finishing this project without disturbing the basement! 

This homeowner was concerned with his home's foundation and the interior damage that was starting to occur as a result. Our team went out to take a look at the issue and concluded that hydrostatic pressure pushing on the walls from the outside caused wall deflection. Deflection is the bending of joists, trusses, or rafters. We used over 20 PowerBraces and 4 push piers to fix the foundation on all sides of the home. PowerBrace is a system that can be tightened over time, slowly reversing the wall failure.
