Basement Waterproofing in Mayfield, KS
Cheryl H. has been dealing with a water problem in her basement for quite awhile and had become more then frustrated with the situation. She bought her home 4 years ago. About 6 months after moving in, she noticed water pouring into her basement. To add to the issue, Cheryl loves to travel and became extremely worried about how that would effect her ability to leave her home and have the peace of mind that everything was going to be safe at home.
In an attempt to fix it themselves, Cheryl H and one of her friends grab some sealant, but it was a band aid fix. In a short period of time, the water returned. She thought it was a plumbing issue so she called another contractor to help. Once again this did not fix the problem and she did not know where to turn. After seeing multiple TV ad's and all of the Thrasher trucks around Wichita and surrounding community's she knew she had to make the call.
We installed a WaterGuard system that captures water and then redirects it to our SuperSump Plus that removes the water away from the home. We also installed CleanSpace to her basement walls creating a protective barrier to prevent water from reaching the basement but also preventing mold to grow.
CleanSpace preventing future crawlspace mold and rot damage in Hermitage, MO.
Chris H loves his home and wants to protect it from mold and rot. He doesn't plan on moving, this is their forever home. He has been worried about the water and moisture potentially causing damage to the crawlspace joists. He's been looking to get this space encapsulated for a while and want the piece of mind knowing there will be no issues in the future.
We installed CleanSpace to encapsulate the entire crawlspace. By also adding a SmartSump, it will keep the crawlspace dry and will last. Finally, we installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to lower the humidity levels and eliminating an environment for mold to survive.
Elk Creek, NE Basement Saved with WaterGuard and PowerBraces
Since the 1940s Brad B.’s family has had a farmhouse. After moving into the home, he wanted to use the basement as storage, but for as long as he could remember the basement had water issues. Wanting to preserve the home, Brad’s neighbor recommended giving us a call.
We had System Design Specialist, Trevor Stokes go to his home and evaluate the problem. He was able to identify that water intrusion and bowing was occurring on three of the walls. The existing beams in the basement on some of the walls were failing as well. We fixed the problem by installing a WaterGuard system with TripleSafe to take care of the water intrusion. We also used a combination of anchors and PowerBraces to permanently stabilize the walls. The basement is completely waterproofed, and the walls are braced, giving Brad a piece of mind.

Rori S. takes great pride in how her home looks. She has been dealing with ugly concrete slabs for a while. She had someone she knew attempt to repair them for her and they settled again. She didn't want to spend any more time and money on them and wanted something that will permanently fix the issue making her home look good and maintaining its value
The back patio gets a lot of water and she never wanted to deal with those issues again. We lifted and leveled the areas she was struggling with. On the driveway we put in CompressionGuard to prevent damage from street creep and sealed all cracks in joints to prevent water from saturating the soil.
PowerBrace System Saves Wall from Complete Failure in Arthur, IA
Edwin O. and Jessica D. noticed that one of the walls in their house was starting to fail and contacted their landlord. In the home was a homemade brace system and concerned for the safety of the home, the landlord gave us a call.
System Design Specialist Corey Little was able to identify the wall was on stage three of wall failure with three inches of deflection and daylight was coming when looking near the top. We started by fixing the wall by installing PowerBrace System which was able to permanently stabilize the home. Since the wall had so much damage, we had to Shortlock the wall. Then we interlocked rebar to the PowerBrace System and sprayed shotcrete giving them a new wall without having to replace the old one.
Not only was Corey able to come up with a solution that allowed them to say in the home the entire time and was the least invasive. The home now feels safe again and the finished product looks great!
