To return support to the old, failing brick walls, we installed our Everbrace wall support system along all of the affected walls. We also installed a waterproofing system to resolve a water issue that contributed to the wall failure, making the basement clean, dry and ready to finish.

Craig W. wanted to repair and protect his driveway before the sinking and cracking he was noticing got worse. To do this, we used a 3-part concrete protection solution that started with lifting and leveling his sinking slabs. Next we sealed the joints between the slabs to prevent water from seeping beneath the slabs where it could erode away the supporting soil. Next, we applied a concrete sealant over the driveway to protect it from the normal wear and tear that chips away at concrete and shortens its lifespan. We also installed an expansion joint to relieve pressure between the street and the driveway slabs to prevent future cracking. Craig was very happy with the results, and felt good knowing that his driveway would be protected in the years ahead.

We installed our Waterguard drainage system around the perimeter of the basement to capture and direct any water to the sump pump. Cleanspace vapor barrier was also installed along the basement walls to prevent water from coming into contact with drywall, keeping the space clean, dry and safe.
