PolyLevel was the solution to this problem. PolyLevel is an injectable foam that expands under the surface, leveling and stabilizing the concrete. We then sealed the joints with NexusPro.

This homeowner was concerned about doors not opening and closing properly and even had to replace a window because it wasn't working. When we performed a home inspection, we found mold and efflorescence on the walls, which is a huge sign there's water damage in the basement, and we also discovered the floors were sagging, which is a sign of structural damage. To address the water intrusion, we installed a full perimeter interior drainage track, a sump pump, and full height. And to address the structural damage, we installed smart jacks to stabilize and help bring the floor back up, and we also installed power braces to stabilize the basement walls.
