This homeowner has over 10 trees in her yard and no covers on her gutters, so they often get clogged and don't work properly. She doesn't plan on moving any time soon and really wants to maintain her foundation. To protect her gutters and therefore her foundation, we installed RainDrop. Raindrop provides maintenance-free self-cleaning gutter protection. 

This homeowner is tired of her gutters getting clogged and doesn't want to worry about it anymore. She has large trees surrounding her home and has a steep roof pitch causing the gutter clogs and overflow. She recently installed gutters so we just installed RainDrop gutter guards on top of them. RainDrop gutter guards are highly durable, keep debris out of gutters, and handle water in high volumes. 

After years of soil erosion, expansion, and shrinking, the concrete will shift around and sink, which also causes cracks. To help this homeowner fix the concrete on the driveway and prevent future damage we used our Polylevel and Nexus Pro. 

If you've ever had a driveway like this, then you know the distinct feeling of driving over and on it every-time you leave the house, but did you know this can actually lead to foundation problems? This kind of sinking leaves room for water to sink into the ground near your foundation rather than flow down the driveway. To fix this, we use Polylevel foam to lift and level and NexusPro to prevent future damage. 

This was a unique job where the homeowner saw snakes consistently come out from under the sidewalk and back patio. When we inspected, we found several voids under her sidewalk, due to soil drying out. It was so bad that if you stood in the yard, you could visibly see the holes under the sidewalk. To fix this, we used PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam that fills all the voids underneath concrete and compacts the soil to permanently lift the slab to its original position. The crazy thing is, when we started the repair, a copperhead snake came out! We were able to remove the snakes and fill those voids so no new snakes would make a home under there again.
