He did his inspection, and found that due to an abundant amount of moisture from bad drainage, the soil under the slab shifted. This caused the slab to start sinking and cracking. Anthony went to the family with these findings, and came up with a solution. We used Polylevel to lift and level the slab back into place, and NexusPro to seal the joints and cracks. This homeowner in Lincoln, NE was having an issue with a bump leading into the front of their garage. The concrete had begun to become unlevel creating an annoying bump this customer would hit each time going into their driveway. Wanting this issue solved they decided to call Thrasher to come out and take a look at the concrete. 

After looking at the driveway our crew found the concrete had started to settle due to drying out, causing the big lip on the garage slab. The team decided to use PolyLevel loam to fill the voids, and NexusPro joint sealant to seal the joints and protect the concrete slabs. PolyLevel foam fill voids from the drying out, giving the concrete more support and bringing the slab back level. The NexusPro then seals the joints protecting the concrete from weather conditions and giving the driveway a cleaner look while helping keep the slabs protected. 

After the job was completed, this customer now no longer has a bump to drive over and can use their garage and driveway safely without worrying about further damages. 

Our customer in Bennington, NE had raised concrete on their sidewalk which was causing a tripping hazard for anyone walking on the path. This homeowner wanted to get this problem solved to create a safer space for them and their guests. They have used Thrasher in the past, so they were confident in our ability to help with this problem. 

After the inspection, our crew found that a tree began to grow underneath causing the sidewalk to raise creating this tripping hazard. The team determined to use PolyLevel foam to help our customer solve their problem. PolyLevel foam fills the voids under the concrete matching the space caused by the tree and giving an even surface for the concrete to settle on. The foam lifts and expands under the concrete giving support to the sidewalk without adding any extra weight to the soil underneath. 

This homeowner now has a safe sidewalk for them and their guests to walk on without the concern of tripping on the uneven surface.
