Thrasher Foundation Repair Before & After Photos

These homeowners have lived in their home for almost 20 years. They have put in a lot of work to keep it nice on the inside and out. They had some areas of their concrete that needed repair, and some areas that they wanted to protect so they would not need to replace in the future. They knew of Thrashers great reputation, and gave us a call. System Design Specialist, Shane McClintic, came out to meet with them. Due to wash out from water getting under the concrete, Shane saw how the concrete was starting to shift. Shane proposed we use our Concrete Protection System to solve their concerns. We used Polylevel to lift and level the concrete back into place, NexusPro to seal the cracks and joints. and SealantPro to seal the overall surface. This home's downspouts were releasing water right on its foundation. This can cause a washout of the dirt and future foundation issues. While we were out doing concrete repair work on their driveway, we buried the downspouts to prevent future issues. 

WaterGaurd was installed around the West wall of the home. We also installed wall anchors and earth plates on the West wall. This will help with their foundation and waterproofing needs. 

The customer's front steps were sinking and becoming a deep distance from which to step up and down. Because they have done driveway work with Thrasher before, they knew who to call. We used PolyLevel to lift the step to its original position. The customer was so happy that it looked much better.
