Thrasher Foundation Repair Before & After Photos

These homeowners were tired of cleaning out their gutters every time they found water in their basement. They knew they needed a permanent fix, so they could keep their basement dry, and not waste time of fishing out leaves from their gutters. They knew of the Thrasher reputation, and gave us a call. Brandon Headrick, System Design Specialist, came out to meet with them. Brandon saw their gutters to be in good shape, just needed a fix to keep out debris. He proposed we use RainDrop, our gutter shutter cover that is compatible with most universal gutters! It is seamless, and does not allow any debris into the gutters. This homeowner loved to throw parties for friends and family. She was noticing her basement was becoming an issue. She was getting water in, cobwebs forming, and she was finding lots of bugs. She knew she would not be able to host if she did not fix it. She had heard great things about Thrasher and trusted we could give her the best solution. Neil Kwiatkowski, System Design Specialist, came out to meet with her. Together they decided to install CleanSpace to catch water from the wall and act as a barrier, WaterGuard our drainage channel that flows water to the sump pump, our TripleSafe sump pump to discharge water out of the home, and our dehumidifier to lower humidity levels. These homeowners were worried about their concrete walkway. Whenever they would bring in groceries, or have anyone over, they were afraid someone would fall. It was a tripping hazard, and they just thought it looked bad. They knew Thrasher reputation and gave us a call. System Design Specialist, Matt Turner, went out to meet with them. Matt noticed there was washout under the concrete, causing voids, and letting the concrete to settle. Matt proposed we use our PolyLevel to lift and level the concrete back into place and NexusPro to seal the cracks and joints. The homeowners loved this idea and we sent out our installation team. This driveway in Omaha, NE had some major cracking issues. Large joints and cracks can be damaging to vehicles, so it's important to get them repaired. To seal the joints on this project, we used NexusPro. NexusPro is a great solution for protecting both new and old concrete. 

These homeowners know that the cracks in their concrete are bad, and they also know it will get worse if they don't do something about it soon. After assessing the situation, we concluded that soil had eroded throughout the porch and walkway. Plus animals were sneaking under the slabs! To repair the concrete, the team lifted and leveled the slabs with PolyLevel, and sealed the cracks with NexusPro. Now animals won't be able to crawl under there!
