I was impressed with the system literature that explains exactly what the salesman, Brian, was telling us.  Jim, the Supervisor on our job, was very friendly and informative and put me at ease during the pier setting process.  Cement had to be replaced and was done perfectly.  Detail seems to be very important to Thrasher employees and I am impressed.

The interaction, both on the phone and in person has always been professional.  We have no complaints.

My Basement walls kept moving in and I got tired of re-fitting the doors affected by the wall movement. I had heard about Thrasher from advertisements but, figured they would be expensive judging by the amount of work that would be needed. Several neighbors in my neighborhood have had Thrasher complete work for them so I decided to have them out for a free estimate. Surprisingly, it was very affordable. Fausto dealt with a major setback in a professional manner when it was discovered that the route to reinforcement was filled with bricks and cement. No one knew about this until he began to dig the holes. This led to additional days of work to complete the job. I was very impressed with Thrasher. All of the work was completed within the original quoted price and with no extra charge for the delay. 

The team was very professional, fast and courteous. 

I was looking for integrity and a company who would get it done right the first time. We appreciated the all around professionalism from Thrasher.

The representative who came out to do our evaluation was friendly informative. He knew what our problem was and pointed out areas we needed to keep an eye on. The crew who came to do the actual work was also very friendly. They were fast and efficient.

They worked steady and were very efficient. They also did a great job with clean up and explaining everything before they left. You are lucky to have such good help. 

We feel good about the service people who monitor our system for us and also any of the work people who have come to do the additional work that we have needed for our basement.

We would like to nominate Jose Guzman and Eloy Arimenta for the WOW Service Award.  The two of them recently installed wall anchors in the basement of our home.  The temeratures were frigid and they worked so hard to complete the task.  I truly don't know how they endured such cold working conditions.  They were very professional, courteous and polite.  They never complained, were very informative to us as homeowners, were careful not to make a mess and did a wonderful installation job.  We would welcome them both back to our home on any occassion.  You should feel fortunate to have these two hardworking individuals working for your company.

Last week Thrasher Basement arrived at our home in Sergeant Bluff, Iowa and started the huge project on our house.  We cannot say enough about Jonathan and his crew.  They were AWESOME.  Every evening when they stopped working Jonathan would come inside and tell my husband and I exactly what work was accomplished and what they would be working on the next day.  Jonathan explained everything to us in a language that we could understand.  Jonathan and his crew did a wonderful job of cleaning up and putting everything back just like it was before they dug.  Without a doubt we would recommend Thrasher Basement to anyone who has foundation problems...and the "icing on the cake" would be to have Jonathan and his crew show up at their door!
