Just wanted to say that Jim Heese and his crew deserve the WOW Service Award, they were all very hard working guys. Jim and crew did a super job installing the four push piers at our home. Jim was very courteous and professional and everything went very well.

Cracks in our drywall where addition was put on the house and uneven cement slabs on driveway and back porch area as well as steps pulling away from house are what led us to choose Thrasher to fix the issues. The consulation was educational on how the work would be done and why it should be done the "Thrasher" way! He inspected the entire house and gave an honest opinion on what work should be done, what to watch and what didn't need to be done. Also, both of the work crews were friendly, informative, called and let us know when to expect them.  

I choose Thrasher due mainly to the television commercials and the promotional materials that we received in the mail. The crew was very professional and dedicated. They worked long hours and took care to not damage anything.  All of our neighbors know what was done and that we are satisfied.

I choose Thrasher because I saw ads on Tv and when I asked around three friends had had good experiences.  The workmen were very pleasant and the clean up was excellent.

Selected Thrasher due to recommendations from various people, the bid was comparable, and they were able to do the work before I had more brick damage. The crew led by Salvador was courteous and answered questions from me or my general handyman. The work area was cleaned up and left in good shape.

Thrasher has the type of system I needed to stop my walls from falling in. If there is an issue, they will work with you until you are satisfied.

Selected Thrasher based on referrals from neighbors and I also evaluated the Pier system that they use and felt that it was a good system. The crew was very efficient, accurate and tidy. They seemed to work well together and enjoyed their job...they also spoke well of the company which is becoming more rare these days.  I will be using the pier system again on my garage in the spring and I will request this same crew again. I have already shared photos of the job process with my buddies in the construcion area.

I am a repeat customer, Thrasher had previously installed anchors on our north wall. My crew leader, Fausto, was courteous, considerate & careful.  I expressed my gratitude to the lady in customer service!

Thrasher did a great job of repairing two sides of foundation. Jon and his crew were here when they explained everything to me inside and out. They even dug up and replanted a flower I wanted to keep, along with a couple of other things. They cleaned everything up when they were done and told us what to expect and to do. I have already told several friends about Thrasher and the crew to ask for! They all really knew what they were doing. Thanks for everything!!

Our basement walls were bowing. The team of Aaron and Jose were very pleasant and professional. They arrived on time, worked until the job was just right, fully went over what they had done and what should be done to keep the walls in good order.  Answering all of our questions. They left our basement and outside areas clean with the grassy area smooth and grass seeded. These men are a great asset to your organization. The office staff was also a pleasure to work with. Jon and his crew were very professional in completing their work. They went beyond what would have been expected. Jon was friendly, helpful, and kept us informed of everything he was doing and why. 

The crew that was led by Mel Martinez was very prompt in arrival and they informed us of what they would be doing. They made suggestions in helping eliminate the dust from getting into our heating system and any time we had a question they were very helpful when explaining.
