The crew foreman, Jason, was very customer oriented, communicative, professional and personable. The crew was also very professional, the work was done quickly, the worksite was confined and neat as possible. I do tell people the cost of the work seems high but the value is there. I will definitely recommend Thrasher for foundation work.

Thrasher is the most reliable, and have been around for a long time. The install was on a wet, muddy day but they kept dirt to a minimum, and cleaned up after. Juan Matos walked the perimeter of the basement and explained what was done and he answered all of my questions.

Just wanted to say that Jim Heese and his crew deserve the WOW Service Award, they were all very hard working guys. Jim and crew did a super job installing the four push piers at our home. Jim was very courteous and professional and everything went very well.

Cracks in our drywall where addition was put on the house and uneven cement slabs on driveway and back porch area as well as steps pulling away from house are what led us to choose Thrasher to fix the issues. The consulation was educational on how the work would be done and why it should be done the "Thrasher" way! He inspected the entire house and gave an honest opinion on what work should be done, what to watch and what didn't need to be done. Also, both of the work crews were friendly, informative, called and let us know when to expect them.

Selected Thrasher due to recommendations from various people, the bid was comparable, and they were able to do the work before I had more brick damage. The crew led by Salvador was courteous and answered questions from me or my general handyman. The work area was cleaned up and left in good shape.
