I had Mike Hayes out to check two properties for me recently. All I have to say is he was fantastic! Everything about him was professional and very informative. He was able to draw up prints for the applications in each property and explained thoroughly what was involved in getting the problems fixed. He is an asset to Thrasher. I have been in the construction trade since 1972 and meeting Mike, brings back the approach, "to get it done right", it is so refreshing, when normally  the attitude is, "lets just get it done". The attentive completion of a project to put 24 push piers in place around our house and raise it back to being level was completed today by your crew headed by Mike M. Crew members Joe and Manuel did an excellent job during the six working days required. The site was cleaned up and left in an appropriate condition. I would recommend Thrasher Basement Services to anyone who is encountering foundation problem with their home. 

Thrasher were recommended to me by my contractor who found the moisture problem in my basement when some flooring was removed. He had a family member who had Thrasher do some work and was please with the results. The Thrasher team worked very hard. They we pleasant and very efficient in getting the work done. In fact they were much faster than I anticipated. They also performed excellent work.

Deon's presentation was very thorough and professionally done. He took the time to do it right. I was impressed with your ability to place a pier in a tight space without having to make a hole in my floor. I was also impressed with your willingness to price match other bids and consider other discounts. 

We were pleased with the amount of cleaning up that was completed after the project. 

After researching Thrasher on the internet, it appeared Thrasher had the most economical solutions to my problem. I was given highly profesional service in every aspect of the procedure. From estimating, communication and throughout the execution of the procedure. It was all very assuring.
