We knew we had the problem, but didn't know what to do about it.  Friends told us that they had just finished having similar work scheduled.  We went over to see, and met Nick.  After seeing the completion of the work and how well it fixed our friends home we decided to have the work done.  Impressed by the whole operation. 

We were referred to by friends who came downstairs and saw our basement walls.  They told us they had the same problem and had it repaired.  Their walls are nearly straight.  So we called, set a appointment and Jesse came out.  After a little discussion we decided to make the repair.  The folks at midewest basement systems did a great job.  We will so have straight walls

We used Thrasher Foundation Repair in our last home, and were happy with their work.  We asked for Nick Ripley.  He is a customer focused individual.  Everyone was always on time and ready to work which allowed us to schedule our family events and activities.  We are extremely satisfied with the work they did this time and we will always use Thrasher Foundation Repair.

The old pump was a disaster during the last big rain.  Thrasher Foundation Repair had waterproofed our basement, but we decided to keep our old pump when we should have purchased the new one then and there.  The new sump pump is great and it qualified us for the City of Des Moines rebate program.

After hearing ads on the TV, we contact Thrasher Foundation Repair to come out and take a look at our basement.  Although we had to wait we are glad we did.  Nick did a great job of explaining the repairs and understanding our concerns. The crew was great, and they did a good job of cleaning up everyday.

Last year our walls really cracked and bowed in.  We knew we needed to get the walls fixed, but waited.  We saw Thrasher Foundation Repair on TV and learned there were a couple of friends who had the company do work and water proof the basement. At the end of the project the crews tightened the bracing, and we got a lot of wall recovery that day.  We are looking forward to next time the braces are tightened to get even more of the bow out of the wall

We had experienced water in our basement for year.  Glad to have the waterproofing done, a dry basement, and lifetime warranty.  The salesman was professional, and the crew was nice, and really cleaned up afterwards.

So, we called them up.  Thrasher Foundation Repair came out and did a remarkable job of inspecting and explaining the information of what was causing the basement to leak and how to waterproof the basement. Very pleased with the installation and their clean up!  The dry basement is nice too.

I am sure glad I ran into your company at the Waterloo Home and Garden Show.  I have putting off this repair for years.  I should have done this a long time ago.  There have been several rains here in the area, and now my basement is dry.

Our crawlspace was wet and had a nasty odor.  The humidity and odor were coming up through the flooring into the room above.  We researched the possible options and called a couple of contractors out. We liked the options at Thrasher Foundation Repair because the vapor barrier called cleanspace with 20 mil thick, and there was a drainage matting product to go underneath the cleanspace. We were very happy with the process, and the crew that installed the product was fantastic.  Christian had a friendly personality, and his crew had a great work ethic.

Great Job!  It is great to have a dry basement.  We are now able to begin the process of turning this basement into usable space.  Can't wait.

We were impressed with this company from the very first phone call.  We spoke to 2 other companies, and receive quotes and estimates from all of them.  Thrasher Foundation Repair was by far the most experienced of the 3. The estimates we received were all over the board.  One company wanted to charge us nearly $20,000 more than everyone else.  In the end we selected Thrasher Foundation Repair to do the work. The crews were great.  They started on time, well except for one day, they were respectful, and let us know what was going on daily.  We appreciated that.  We are glad the work is done, and our foundation is stable with a dry basement.

Salvador and his crew did a great job. I walked through the basement and could not tell the crews had been in our home. I had someone else complete work for me before and they left a mess in our home. The crew also worked very hard!
