I would like to commend the crew that worked on our basement. I have never seen such hard workers and so polite. What a joy to see there are still workers in our society!

We had heard about Thrasher Foundation Repair from television ads and other folks in our area had them do similar work.  The representative gave us a thorough presentation of his inspection.  That...the reputation of the company, and the recommendation from the others in our area we chose Thrasher Foundation Repair.

Thrasher called before they headed our way and arrived when they said they would.  I only spoke to one of the three men that did the work, but he was very nice.  Our Halloween and Thanksgiving pumpkins got left out under a tree for our boys to watch the squirrels eat them.  This year the squirrels didn't finish them off and I noticed your man picked up a couple of the chunks and throw them away, that was very nice, made me smile.  Thank you!  When the job was done, he stepped inside while my husband wrote the check and talked to our dog, Suh.  She liked him too.  He took the time to explain that we couldn't drive or walk on it until our finger didn't make a lasting impression. 

I have known the Thrashers for many years and their integrity, honesty and professionalism speaks volumes as to who they are and the type of people they hire. 

We were pleased with the crawlspace after the barrier was put down.  We are also pleased with the finished look of the basement after the wall coverings were put up.  I feel relieved that we have the SaniDry.

The work was done in a very professional way.  The men made a concerted effort to leave little if any mess behind.

I just wanted to contact you to compliment your representative, Charles Kneifl.  He has been very professional, ethical and helpful in being sure we understood your systems and that we were receiving the system that we needed.  He even went out of his way to return when it was apparent that the initial system we expressed interest in was not going to fulfill our needs.  Having been in business for over 30 years, I know that it is easy for customers to express dissatisfaction, but often appreciation goes unsaid. Mr. Kneifl is an excellent representative of your company and we hope he is appreciated by you.

Everyone was prompt and very considerate of our time.  The crew worked hard and never seemed to take a break.  They were happy to show me what they were doing and explained everything.  The crew chief was knowledgeable.  The whole experience, from my initial phone calls to estimate to wrap-up, was all done in a very professional manner.  We feel comfortable that the problem has been addressed.

Thrasher' employees were efficient, communicated with each other and me, and completed the job in a timely fashion.

We selected Thrasher because they have performed past work on our foundation.  They do outstanding work and do excellent annual check ups and plate adjustments. 

I was convinced Thrasher's system was better and more permanent than the helical piers others showed me.  The crew leader, Jim, was very nice and did a great job of keeping me informed of the process.  They cleaned up well and did a good job.  I was very pleased.

This is the second instance of calling Thrasher. So on three separate occasions I've had your employees in my house. I've also had multiple phone conversations with office staff. On every occasion your people have met or exceeded my standards and expectations. Thank you for your commitment to customer service!

I was impressed with the system literature that explains exactly what the salesman, Brian, was telling us.  Jim, the Supervisor on our job, was very friendly and informative and put me at ease during the pier setting process.  Cement had to be replaced and was done perfectly.  Detail seems to be very important to Thrasher employees and I am impressed.

The interaction, both on the phone and in person has always been professional.  We have no complaints.
