I had confidence in Salvadore's expertise during the installation.  I requested a follow-up to ensure the drain tile and sump pump were functioning properly a week after the installation.  Jason Carlin came for a 5 o'clock appt and took the time to explain and answer all my questions.  It was hot and he didn't try to hurry the meeting and really expressed true interest in making us a satisfied client. He recommended a dehumidifier from Thasher and checked humidity qualities in the basement to reglect his suggestion.  This is something I will definitely be considering in the future.  He also stressed the importance of yearly maintenance with Thrasher to protect our investment.

Kyle W. did the design and sales, was forthright and no high pressure tactics. A very efficient operation from beginning to end.

We chose Thrasher because we have a crawlspace that needed insulated and sealed. I was not home at the time the work was done but looking at it afterwards I was pleased with the work that was done. The crawl space looks clean, sealed and no longer has that strong musty order and it is insulated.
