I can't even begin to tell you how I feel about this day and how I felt when I saw your truck pull up to my house.  I have had over 8 years of nothing but torture with water running in my basement from rain, not to mention the fact that for the past 3 years I have not been able to leave my home in case it rained.  Today I know, because of Thrasher, that these problems are soon to be all behind me.  I will no longer have to worry about the rain and I will finally be able to leave my home over night and even go camping. Job site clean-up was perfect.  It was a rainy, muddy day and the house was spotless when they left.

I selected Thrasher because I had tried absolutely everything and nothing worked. I decided to quit the frustration and 'nickels and dimes' for good!  The professionalism and follow through are phenomenal.  From my first call to project completion, I was informed, remembered and considered!

We had wall anchors installed by Thrasher on the east wall of our basement in 2005 and have had no problem since.  We just had the west wall done and we are very satisfied. Thrasher did a very professional job! Fausto and his helper worked quickly and told me what I needed to know about maintenance. They were good, hard workers and the clean-up was terrific! On June 3, your company installed WaterGuard and FloodRail in our basement and in a previous letter we mentioned how pleased we were with Mel Martinez and his crew who did the installation. Today, System Design Specialist, Tom Bilyeu, came to inspect our basement and to see if we were satisfied with our system. In our letter dated June 3, we neglected to mention Tom and his expertise in designing the system that would work best for our basement. Following his initial consultation and estimate, we called Tom to discuss some concerns we had and he made a second trip to our home to do some re-designing. All in all, we can't say enough about the excellent quality and care your company puts into providing top products and customer service!

Just a quick note to tell you I am enjoying the waterproofing of the basement. We had all that snow that melted and now rain, and I notice it is draining out on the N driveway. What surprises me, I really don't hear the sump pump running. Thank you!
