Our basement was in a very poor condition. Our home is 80 years old and at the top of a hill, and water started seeping in years ago. We originally got your name from one of your competitors, and we are glad we did!!  You were extremely helpful in explaining the problem, and you knew exactly how to solve and resolve our seemingly unsolvable problem.  You are very fortunate to have such a dedicated crew- every one of them!!  

Best presentation by a salesperson . . most detailed and itemized.  Very thorough, professional and enstilled great confidence.  Competition was very poorly presented, bid was sloppily done . . . just hand written with itemization and his solution was not realistic.  The competitor was a little cheaper but everything about the presentation, the salesman, etc. just said "slipshod" to me.  I figure I pay a little more but I have a better value.  I felt much more comfortable and confident with Thrasher than the guy from the competitor.  I think you get what you pay for!

I would definately refer Thrasher.  My basement is dry so far and it has been tested by the elements!  What a relief to have a dry basement and not have to worry about it when it rains.  Thanks again.

We had water leaking in the basement and heard an ad on TV for Thrasher so we called for an appointment.  During the install the crew was fast and friendly.  They knew what they were doing and completed it in a timely manner.  The crew leader even helped clean up afterwards as we laid down the flooring.  We have an appointment coming up to have Thrasher look at the foundation.
