We selected Thrasher because they sounded like a reliable company to fix the problem, and we liked the 35 year guarantee.  The crew was done in about four hours and knew what to do.  The crew leader explained what they were going to do, and when the job was finished, showed me exactly what they had done.  I think you have excellent employees who are very well trained in what to do.  The crew cleaned up the mess very well, and covered everything with plastic.

I purchased a dehumidifier (Sani-Dry) from your company.  I have a lot of allergy and sinus problems and was told that it would help alleviate some of the health issues I have.

Our basement was damaged from the flooding of 2011. When I was told to get an estimate from a contractor for repairs, I only made one call. Thrasher has been exemplary throughout the entire process and customer service is beyond reproach.  All the people from Deon-(sales rep) who worked tirelessly with me through the initial process, through the crews that were here, including Jose's crew (anchors) and Salvador's crew (waterproofing) they all did fantastic work and were very professional and answered all the questions about the work being done.  Ray called and asked if he could bring a group being trained to the job site so they could learn about the processes, and I was glad I could help them out with that request.  Andy was an incredible help to both crews and shows his concern for the work they are doing and shows the pride in the work they all do.  I can not recommend Thrasher enough for the work they have done and the service they provide. They are the leader in the industry for all of the reasons above.

Fausto (crew foreman) was the foundation repair specialist who came to my house.  He was excellent, very polite and helpful in answering my questions.  He guided his team through a very efficient installation in a few hours.  Everything in the yard and basement was left very tidy and clean.  He really helped to take the worry and stress out of the installation process, which I appreciated very much.

The clean up was superb and the guys were really careful around my furnishings. I will be singing your praises to my neighbors. Great Job!!
