Brian was very informative and professional. It's been my experience that technical sales people enjoy throwing their jargon around to create what could be a false sense of fear and need. I can't tell you how much I appreciated Brian's approach.  He determined my house to be level and there was no structural issues.  I really appreciated his integrity and that he didn't try to baffle me into paying for unnecessary service.

Our appointment was at 5:30pm but Mike S. (sales rep) showed up to verify the address and since my husband was home they started right away.  Mike was great about catching me up when I arrived.  He answered all our tons of questions and explained every step of the process. By the time he left we were totally comfortable with what was happening with our home.  I have no recommendations to improve services.  Mike is a great representative for your company. The fact that he was able to explain everything so easily when our house was chaotic was nothing shy of a miracle.  I can't imagine explaining the issues and options was easy with two curious dogs and a 6 year old kid shadowing every move.  I intend to recommend your company to anyone with basement issues!

The specialist that met with me-Cole-was awesome! He has lots of great ideas for our project and was able to tailor a solution to fit our budget.  He also went above and beyond his job description and killed and removed several snakes in my basement while he was down there.  I am forever grateful!!
