The people we talked to when we first called and on the follow up calls were great, very polite and helpful.  We had Shane, and we loved him!  He was informative, he answered all of our questions and was friendly and easy to talk to.  We signed our contract the day Shane came, largely due to how great he was.  Shane promoted his company, the owners, workers, and the products wonderfully.

The inspector was right on time and answered all questions we had.  Thrasher’s specialist did a thorough job of making sure he made the right recommendation.  I feel confortable that Thrasher’s solution will solve our problem.

We have a crawl space and have been concerned about the dirt floor for sometime.  It also had a musty smell at times.  To me it was just a dark place I didn’t want to go into.  Our furnace is located down there.  It is so much brighter now with the white covering on the floor and walls.  We were very pleased with Eric and Justin and the work they did.  They were very polite, professional, and helpful.

We were very much impressed by Juan and his crew.  They were both efficient and professional in their conduct throughout the process.  We only hope the system itself is as gratifying as the experience with Juan and his crew.

We called once before for a basement evaluation and were pleased with the experience.  We appreciated the “no pressure” experience from the beginning.  While we considered a dehumidifier, it remained available to us even if we decided “last minute” (which we did) to purchase one.  We were very pleased with the punctual arrival of each part of the team.  They were respectful of our property and worked very efficiently.
