I find it necessary to report on the gentleman that helped me through a very troubling time with my home.  Mr. Tom Bilyeu came with patience and assurance that it could be repaired, he was super and real comfort to "my troubled mind." The work was completed by Fausto and another gentleman who's name escapes me.  They were a complete team and were also very thorough in their detail, complete gentlemen.  This is not my first time using Thrasher for my home, and each time I become more thankful to have such a great company to come to my rescue. The neighbors were so impressed with the way the yard was put back together, you could never tell anything had happened by days end.  i will be a "walking advertisment" for this company, and the employees that I have had contact with. My complements on the fantastic job your organization did on my basement.  Your staff was prompt, courteous, and very contientious.  When the job was completed, you couldn't even tell they had been there. Our system was installed prior to the 12 inch rain that fell in Omaha this summer.  We made it through without a drop of water in our basement.  Prior to the installation, we would have water in the basement after a 1 inch rain.
