I selected Thrasher based on their reputation.  I had heard of the company.  Also, the customer reviews. I was impressed with the initial estimate meeting.  The representative was here when he said he would be, was informative and actually scheduled the repair appointment at that time.  I appreciated the confirmation calls and the neat job the contractors did.  I also appreciated the timely manner in which all of this was done, start to finish.

We were impressed by the way they did a very messy job in a very clean way!  We had just replaced our carpeting, trim and paint so having the crew totally tunnel off the walkway into our home and basement was awesome.  No mess at all...not even the dust that we would have expected having concrete and mud brought up.  Excellent and they were done much faster than estimated.

I also talked to several people who had Thrashers work in their homes and they were very satisfied with the work. The workers that came to our house were very nice.  They knew just what to do and worked very fast and finished everything very well and also cleaned up well.
