Concrete Repair Services Before & After Photos

Anthony S. is a homeowner in Kansas City, MO, looking to level his driveway to match his newly installed garage floor.

Homeowner Doug noticed his front porch walkway dropped a few inches, creating a major tripping hazard. He saw a few Thrasher TV commercials and called us to come out and inspect. Design System Specialist Zach Hodges went to his home to figure out a solution for his concrete problem. After inspection, Zach found the front porch walkway concrete had dropped about 3 inches and also found very large voids from the side of the front porch and the garage approach. After looking at these problem areas, we determined to use PolyLevel to lift and level and then use Nexus Pro to seal the joints. Doug was so happy with the results he recommended us to his brother to repair his concrete as well!

This homeowner noticed some voids in the driveway after bouncing a basketball. After further inspection, they also found some cracks in the corner of the garage and the walkways. System Design Specialist Sheldon Sharp went out to their home and recommended using Nexus Pro Joint and Crack Sealant to fill the voids in the driveway, the walkway, and the garage. There was no longer a tripping hazard and the homeowner was thrilled the garage was filled and had peace of mind it wouldn't crack anymore.

He determined that there wasn't a settlement issue and provided options to repair and extend the life of his driveway.  We used PolyLevel Foam and Nexus Pro Joint Sealant to lift and level the concrete back to its original position and seal out moisture to prevent future problems.
