We sent System Design Specialist Dylan Hagen initially to inspect the foundation walls and to come with a preventative solution to solve this. After installing initial systems to protect and strengthen her foundation walls, she called us back for her preventative gutter repair. We installed Raindrop Gutter Guards and we upgraded the homeowner's downspouts to a longer distance away from the foundation.

These homeowners were struggling as musty smells were seeping into their home. They had read some of our reviews and they loved the work they had seen, so they decided to give us a call to discover what was happening in their home.

We sent System Design Specialist Justice Haven to inspect the crawl space of this home and determine what was causing these musty smells. Justice found that there were excess humidity levels which caused moisture to be present. The additional moisture caused mold to grow, which can cause musty smells in the upstairs levels of a home. After talking to the homeowners, our team started right away on installing a CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, Drainage Matting, and a SaniDry Dehumidifier to get rid of the excess moisture and mold in the crawl space.

This homeowner recently purchased two cabins in Okoboji, one on the water, and one for family to stay in when they came to visit. While she didn't know that her foundation walls were problematic when she purchased the cabin for her family to stay at, she quickly noticed the wall crumbling and she was unsure of what to do. We sent System Design Specialist Brandon Powers to inspect the support structure of the homeowner's crawl space because this is what often causes cracks in upstairs drywall. Brandon found that the upstairs floors were uneven and that was causing the issues of the drywall. The floors being uneven were due to the existing support structures in the home's crawl space were not functioning anymore. Brandon knew just what to do, so his team installed SmartJacks to permanently stabilize the floor and lift it back to its original position. They also installed a new TripleSafe Sump Pump so that there were no more issues with support beams failing.
