We sent System Design Specialist Travis Hickman to inspect the concrete and come up with a solution to fix the cracks. Travis determined that there were voids underneath the concrete from soil washing away, so the concrete had settled. Our team solved this concrete sinking problem by using PolyLevel foam to lift the concrete back to its original position, and sealing the cracks and joints with NexusPro Cracked Concrete Repair.

This homeowner wanted to ensure that his sump pump system stays in good condition so that he didn't have to worry about water getting in his basement during all of the storms in the summer. He had previously used our company as help him with wall repair, so he knew he could trust us to help with his sump pump concerns.

We sent Service Technician Brad Metzger to inspect to older sump pump and determine what solutions could be used. Brad determined that the older sump pump was an aging unit and that the speed of the sump pump would stop functioning at its original speed after long. In addition to this, he found that the additional battery backup was no longer holding charge.

We sent Service Technician Chuck Kain to inspect the state of the current gutter system. Chuck saw that the gutters were falling, full of debris and that the downspouts were crushed so that they could not direct roof water effectively. He discussed our solutions with the homeowner, and he was excited to move forward with the project, knowing that we had the solutions he needed. Our team installed a Royal Brown Gutter Shutter System, new downspouts, and then we buried the downspouts to direct the roof water to the best possible location.

These homeowner were struggling with a bad smell that had somehow seeped into their home. We sent Service Technician Matt Stice to inspect the crawl space and determine what happened to cause this smell. Matt found that the crawl space was quite dirty, musty, and that the rim joists were not properly insulated. After discussing options with the homeowners, they decided to choose Thrasher to complete their project. Matt and his team encapsulated the crawl space CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier and they utilized a TripleSafe Sump Pump to keep the crawlspace free of water. They also insulated the rim joists with SilverGlo and added a Sedona Dehumidifier to improve the air quality and decrease the humidity of the crawl space.
