We sent System Design Specialist Travis Hickman to inspect the source of this moisture and seal it from entering the home. Travis found that moisture was seeping in through the basement floor which was causing the damp flooring. Our team knew the simple solution to this problem, so they installed a diagonal lateral underneath the basement floor.

We sent Service Technician Chuck Kain to inspect the state of the current gutter system. Chuck saw that the gutters were falling, full of debris and that the downspouts were crushed so that they could not direct roof water effectively. He discussed our solutions with the homeowner, and he was excited to move forward with the project, knowing that we had the solutions he needed. Our team installed a Royal Brown Gutter Shutter System, new downspouts, and then we buried the downspouts to direct the roof water to the best possible location.

These homeowner were struggling with a bad smell that had somehow seeped into their home. They knew from a previous home's problem that the crawl space would be a potential cause of this, and in their old home, they used our services, so they gave us a call again to check out their new crawl space. 

We sent Service Technician Matt Stice to inspect the crawl space and determine what happened to cause this smell. Matt found that the crawl space was quite dirty, musty, and that the rim joists were not properly insulated. After discussing options with the homeowners, they decided to choose Thrasher to complete their project. Matt and his team encapsulated the crawl space CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier and they utilized a TripleSafe Sump Pump to keep the crawlspace free of water. They also insulated the rim joists with SilverGlo and added a Sedona Dehumidifier to improve the air quality and decrease the humidity of the crawl space.

This homeowner noticed a sagging floor in their home after living there for a few years. As the years passed, they noticed the problem had become noticeably worse and it raised some real concerns. Nick noticed that there was a large gap between the baseboard and the floor, and that you would feel the cooler air coming from the crawlspace. He determined that there was a lack of support underneath the floor due to the high moisture content that weakened the floor supports. Reassuring the homeowners that this was a fixable issue, Nick and his team got right to work on installing SmartJacks to stabilize the floors and lift them to their original position. After this, they installed a SmartSump to control the soil moisture and a CleanSpace vapor barrier to help reduce the humidity caused by water in the air.

This homeowner was concerned about parts of his driveway sinking. He decided that it was time to lift it and fix it before he would need to rip it out and start over, so he gave us a call.
