Thrasher Foundation Repair Before & After Photos

These homeowners are a military family and are stationed in this area. Though they do not know how long they will be staying in this home, they knew they wanted to make sure there are no issues. They found water getting into their basement. They knew of Thrasher reputation, and have heard the great things about us, so they gave us a call. Wes Marshall, System Design Specialist, came out to meet them. Wes saw how the water was coming into the utility room. There was insulation up on the walls, and the homeowners did not want to take it down. Wes got the okay to remove a bit of it, and found mold on the other side. He recommended we use our CleanSpace to act as a barrier between the wall and basement. It is a waterproof, mold prevention tarp like material that is very sturdy. Water can trickle down the other side, keeping out of the basement and sending it into their waterproofing system. The homeowners were very excited with how the room now feels and looks. This Loch Lloyd home had some settlement issues occurring in their driveway. To repair it, we lifted and leveled the concrete using PolyLevel, an injectable foam that expands under the surface. Then we caulked all the joints and cracks with NexusPro. 

This homeowner called us for basement waterproofing and foundation repair. We installed PowerBrace, to stabilize the foundation's walls, and our full waterproofing service, including WaterGuard, SaniDry Dehumidifier, IceGuard, TripleSafe sump pump, and CleanSpace vapor barrier. 

The water is now redirected and out of his home. And his foundation is secure and safe!

This homeowner noticed her driveway was settling over the years, causing trip hazards and weeds to grow. She knew she needed a quality fix, so she called Thrasher. System Design Specialist, Brent See, came out to meet her. Brent saw this older driveway and how it was settling and determined that over the years the soil under was shifting, causing voids and letting the concrete to sink and crack. He proposed we use our 2-Part Concrete Protection System. Polylevel was used to lift and level the concrete back into place, and giving the concrete support. NexusPro was used to fill in the cracks and joints, preventing any water intrusion that could cause washout. In the end, this homeowner was so happy she did not have to worry about any more tripping hazards or weeds growing in her driveway. Check out the before and after of this one! 

These homeowners wanted to maintain the beauty, and property value of their home. They had seen Thrasher do other jobs around the town and were impressed with out well they all turned out. They called Thrasher, and System Design Specialist, Corey Little, came out to meet with them. Corey noticed the settled concrete, and determined the soil under the porch had shifting, causing voids in some points allowing a portion to crack and settle. Corey proposed we use our 2-Part Concrete Protection System. PolyLevel was used to lift and level the area that dropped, as well as stabilizing the ret of the porch to prevent it from settling. After lifting and stabilizing, NexusPro was used to caulk all joints and cracks to prevent water intrusion and give the patio a fresh new look.
