This homeowner was getting water in his basement. While this problem wasn't bothering him, he wanted to sell his house to move closer to his daughter, and his potential buyer would only purchase his house if the basement water problem was fixed. The homeowner had a friend who recommended us, so he decided to give us a call for a free estimate.

We sent System Design Specialist Chris Holmes to inspect the basement and determine the likely sources that water was coming in from. Chris found that the foundation walls had some cracking in them and that during wet times, water was finding its way in along the cracks and the unsealed corners of the wall. After discussing the solutions custom to the home with the current homeowner, Chris moved forward with scheduling an installation. Our installation team installed a WaterGuard Interior Drainage System, a full-height CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, and they redirected the water to his sump pump to pump the water out of his basement.

This homeowner was concerned because she started taking care of her elderly mother and her driveway had settled, causing a tripping hazard. She knew that if this tripping hazard got any worse, her mother would likely get injured. After hearing of our free estimates, she gave us a call to see what we could do for her driveway.

We sent System Design Specialist Sheldon Sharp to inspect the driveway and determine what had caused her driveway to settle. When Sheldon saw the concrete he knew that it was settled due to fill soil around that house settling over many years which caused voids to form underneath the sidewalk and driveway. Sheldon discussed with the homeowner solutions to fix her concrete and she loved how thorough his inspection was, so she decided to move forward with us for her project. Our installation team used PolyLevel foam and NexusPro sealant to lift, level, and seal the concrete driveway and sidewalk.

These homeowners just moved into town and they were worried about the tripping hazard on their front stoop. They didn't want their movers to have problems or get injured just by helping them move their stuff, so after doing some research into concrete repair companies, they gave us a call.

After inspection, Thomas determined that the home had recently installed gutters, however the old gutter system was still collecting water which lead directly to the front walkway. The soil underneath the walkway was weakened by the water erosion from the gutters, so the soil settled, causing a massive void under the front stoop. The homeowners were frustrated by this as it was a new-to-them home, but Thomas knew just how to help them fix their problem. Our installation team was sent out and they used PolyLevel foam and NexusPro sealant to lift, level, and seal the front stoop and walkway.

This homeowner originally called us out for a free estimate regarding waterproofing solutions for his wet basement floor. When System Design Specialist Bobby Bartow discovered the foundation wall problem, he knew that he needed to refocus the homeowner on the more immediate issue. Bobby discovered that the previous company who had used carbon fiber tape to fix the concrete wall did not know that this product cannot properly support a concrete wall. After explaining this problem to the homeowner, the homeowner was determined to have this problem solved the right way so that he would no longer need to worry about his wall he thought was stable.

This homeowner was having problems with water getting in their basement. Jordan found that water was coming through the south wall of the home and leaking through the concrete blocks, which formed puddles of water along the perimeter of the basement. He also noticed that the water had weakened the wall structure, causing stage 2 wall failure. We sent an installation team out to install Geo-Lock Anchors on the south wall of the home and PowerBraces on the west wall of the home. These solutions help to stabilize the walls and move them back to their original positions over time. After fixing the wall troubles, our team started to work on waterproofing the walls to prevent any further damage. Our team used the WaterGuard Interior Drainage System and CleanSpace Vapor Barrier along the south and east walls of the home. Finally, our team installed a new Sump Pump in order to keep water pumping out of the basement.
