This homeowner noticed a few sagging points in his floor and he wanted this problem fixed quickly, so he decided to give us a call.  We sent System Design Specialist Brock Jackson to inspect the homeowners crawlspace and determine what was causing the floors to sag as well as determine what solutions would be best to fix this problem. Brock found that the sagging parts of the floor were due to moisture in the crawlspace and that support structures were weakened by this problem. He knew just how to solve this, so he called for an installation team to come to the home and start encapsulating the crawlspace to prevent further damage. The installation team utilized CleanSpace Vapor Barrier to encapsulate the crawlspace, then they addressed the sagging floors issue by installing SmartJacks and a supplemental support beam to strengthen the structure. To further protect the home and prevent any problems from happening again, they installed a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. This homeowner was struggling with water pooling on his concrete. His concrete was sinking, cracking, and causing a tripping hazard, so he knew that he wanted to get this problem fixed right away, so he gave us a call. We sent System Design Specialist Justice Haven to inspect the homeowner's concrete and determine what was causing the concrete to have so many problems as well as suggest solutions to fix these problems. Justice found that water was getting into the cracks and joints of the concrete, washing out the soil underneath the slab and causing the concrete to settle. He also pointed out that the water that was pooling on his concrete was making the problem worse. After discussing options to fix this with the homeowner, Justice called to set up an installation appointment for the homeowner quickly. One of our installation teams came out to the home and utilized PolyLevel foam and NexusPro sealant to lift, level, and seal the concrete driveway. This concrete driveway had a giant crack and was extremely unlevel! This can damage your car and can even be dangerous for you! To repair this driveway, we used PolyLvel to stabilize the concrete slab and make it level. Then we caulked that crack with NexusPro, leaving a safer driveway for everyone. 

This sidewalk in Lincoln, NE was unlevel and had wide joints, creating a dangerous situation. Using PolyLevel, we created a safer sidewalk by lifting and leveling the concrete slabs. The joints were also sealed with NexusPro. 

This homeowner wanted to fix the dip they around the entrance of their garage as well as the dipping front walkway. He was worried that the rest of his concrete would eventually face the same fate of settling, do he knew that he needed to act sooner rather than later. When he found the detailed process of concrete repair to be too much to do on his own, he decided to give us a call to see how we could help lift his concrete burden.

We sent System Design Specialist Jeremy Sund to inspect the homeowner's driveway and front walkway, diagnose the issues facing these, then design a solution fit to fix and protect the concrete surfaces from further damage. Jeremy found that the soil underneath the homeowner's driveway and front walkway was poorly compacted, meaning that the soil was vulnerable to wash out and settlement. He suggested that we utilize our 3-part Concrete Protection System to fix, protect, and prevent further damage to the concrete surfaces, and the homeowner was very excited with this plan.

One of our installation teams came out to the home and started to utilize the 3-Part Concrete Protection System, including PolyLevel Foam to lift the concrete, NexusPro Sealant to seal the cracks and joints of the concrete, and SealantPro to protect the concrete from further damage.
