To address this issue comprehensively, we implemented a series of solutions. Firstly, we stabilized the back patio, lifted the pads at the garage, and elevated the sidewalk leading to the front door. Next, we applied Nexus Pro, a premium concrete sealant, to fill the existing cracks and prevent them from expanding further.

In addition to these measures, we took preventative steps by employing CompressionGuards. These guards act as protective barriers against long-term damage to concrete driveways, garage slabs, and foundation walls. By replacing the traditional fiberboard expansion joints with our engineered expansion joints, we ensured that the concrete could flex and accommodate seasonal changes without compromising its integrity.

The concrete on this driveway settled in a few areas due to soil changes and movement. The driveway joints had also never been sealed which contributed to wash out. To fix this, we lifted and stabilized the concrete with PolyLevel. This homeowner in Broken Bow, NE had a foundation wall caving in and water getting into the basement of their home. They didn't want the rest of the house to be damaged because of the lack of support on the foundation. 

Our crew came into the house and noticed sagging floors, causing the wall to fail and allowing water to leak in through the wall and floor.
