Thrasher Foundation Repair Before & After Photos

Our customer in Aurora, MO was noticing high humidity levels in their crawlspace and needed to get the problem solved before they got mold or any other structural issues began to happen. They called Thrasher to come out and help them with the problem and determine the cause and our solutions. 

After Inspection, the team noticed the sump pump they had installed previously was barely working and not collecting any water causing the high humidity in the crawl space. The crew removed the old pump and properly installed our TripleSafe sump pump in the space. The TripleSafe sump pump is composed of three separate pumps protecting the space from water and safely flowing it away from the crawl space, solving humidity issues, and protecting the home from future potential damages. 

After having Thrasher out for other projects in the past, this customer in Bellevue MO decided to have us come back out to help her with the concrete issues she was noticing. Wanting to protect her driveway from cracking or sinking our crews recommended using NexusPro to seal and protect the joints. With spots in the driveway already starting to sink causing gaps in the joints, sealing and protecting these joints will help make the concrete look new and last for years to come. 

This homeowner in Rogersville, MO has a shed in his backyard that was starting to sinking and was becoming an unsafe space for him to work or use this space. After some consideration of just tearing down the shed completely and starting over, he decided to have Thrasher come take a look and see how we could help his problem. 

After inspection of the shed, our crew determined that our PolyLevel foam would be the best option to help this customer get the results he was looking for. PolyLevel foam is an expanding foam that expands and lifts underneath the slab raising the concrete and giving support to the slab without adding any extra weight. 

Our customer was extremely happy with the results, we were able to save his shed so he didn't have to replace the whole structure. 

This customer in Bennington, NE was experiencing a leaning wall in their basement causing them real concerns. Our team used wall anchors to give the wall the extra support needed to move the wall back in place and keep it stable. These homeowners have been living in their home since it was built. After doing some plumbing work, they noticed they were having a moisture problem. With all of these products installed, it would ensure the level of the humidity in the crawlspace would stay low, and they would not have to worry about mold growth!
