This customer in Bennington, NE was experiencing a leaning wall in their basement causing them real concerns. Our team used wall anchors to give the wall the extra support needed to move the wall back in place and keep it stable. These homeowners have been living in their home since it was built. After doing some plumbing work, they noticed they were having a moisture problem. They knew they would need to get to the root of the problem, so they called Thrasher. System Design Specialist, Jeremey Scott, came out to meet with them. Jeremey surveyed the area and found the crawlspace was not sealed and the moisture that seeped in caused a humid environment. This homeowner recently purchased this house and wanted to finish the basement to add a play area for their grandkids. But due to the moldy and mildewy smell, they first needed to address any water damage before renovating. There were too many utilities in the way to do PowerBraces, so Joe determined we use Wall Anchors. These are metal plates installed to the wall with a rod anchoring them 12 feet out into the existing yard. There is no doubt these homeowners are now feeling safe as ever in their home!
