This basement needed some wall support, the Thrasher Foundation Repair Team installed the PowerBrace system. The strength of PowerBrace now supports this home's foundation. 

This home had a white, chalky substance on the walls, called efflorescence. Efflorescence is the deposit of salts left on masonry after the water evaporates. It appears on surfaces like concrete, retaining walls, stone, and stucco. Though it's not harmful, t's a good indication that water is in the basement. To fix, we installed a vapor barrier and interior drainage system.

Sometimes, foundation repair looks like this. In order to stabilize your home, we have to excavate a lot of dirt. And sometimes, the dirt excavation happens in your garage. But not too worry, we don't leave piles of dirt for you to figure out when we're done. Once we install the piers, we back fill all the soil and pour new concrete for your floor!
