Foundation Repair Before & After Photos

This homeowner wanted to pass his home to his brother when he passes, so he wanted to ensure that his home was in the best possible shape first. He knew of our reputation, and he had seen our commercials on TV, so he decided to give us a call.

We sent System Design Specialist Mike Schmidt to inspect this homeowner's home and determine what work the homeowner wanted to have done. The homeowner directed Mike to the garage area, and Mike found that the walls of the garage had wall deflection caused by hydrostatic pressure, and the concrete had settled and cracked in the garage as well as all around the garage. Mike knew that he needed to split this project into 2 parts to ensure that the homeowner would have the best results for his home, so Mike first focused on the garage wall issue, then the concrete problem.

Mike scheduled 2 installation appointments to fix the problems for the homeowner. In the first appointment, one of our installation teams utilized PowerBraces to permanently stabilize the walls in the garage. In the the second appointment, another one of our installation teams utilized our 3-part Concrete Protection System which includes, PolyLevel foam to lift and level the concrete, NexusPro sealant to seal the cracks and joints of the concrete, and SealantPro to waterproof and seal the concrete surface area.

This homeowner wanted further protection of her home as she knew the water damage harmed her wall a lot before she utilized our waterproofing solutions. After the waterproofing solutions were completed, she wanted to have us look at her deflecting walls and determine what solutions would be best to combat this problem, so she called us out again.

We sent Service Technician Sam Hogan to inspect the wall, determine what the damage was, and come up with a solution to fix this problem. Sam found that due to hydrostatic pressure on the outside of the wall before waterproofing work was done, the wall had pushed 2 inches inward. While the problem was not progressing any more, the homeowner was determine to have this fixed for her safety, so Sam came for an installation appointment to help the inward moving walls. Sam and one of our installation teams used PowerBraces to stabilize the wall and move it back to its original position over time.

This homeowner was very concerned because of his older home's walls starting to show signs of failure. He knew of our reputation and the variety of solutions we can offer for foundation repair, so he decided to give us a call.

We sent System Design Specialist Daniel Capul to inspect the foundation walls and determine what solution would be best to fix this homeowner's walls. Daniel found that one wall was particularly problematic as it was completely crumbling and starting to cave in. He knew that he needed to move quickly to help this homeowner to prevent total wall failure or collapse, so he talked to the homeowner to schedule a quick turnaround installation appointment. This homeowner wanted to increase his home's curb appeal as well as keep his home safe. He noticed that the retaining wall he has next to his driveway was starting to lean and become unlevel, and this worried him. He had seen some of our commercials as well as heard of our good reputation from his friends, so he decided to give us a call and see what we could do to support his retaining wall.

We sent System Design Specialist Mike Schmidt to inspect the retaining wall and determine what was causing to to lean. Mike found that the retaining wall was deflecting because of hydrostatic pressure pushing against the wall for many years. Although the situation seemed difficult to fix to the homeowner, Mike explained how the wall deflection could be solved using GeoLock Anchors that will help to straighten it overtime. These homeowners in Bolivar, MO were concerned because their basement walls were caving in. They feared that if they didn't solve this, their walls would collapse and cause very large problems in their near future. They had heard of our solutions, so they decided to give us a call for a discussion and inspection of their walls.

System Design Specialist Justice Haven arrived at these homeowner's home to inspect the basement walls which were failing to determine what solutions we could offer. Justice found that pressure from the back of the walls was causing the walls to cave inwards. After discussing with the homeowners that the problem has a solution and reassuring them that they caught the problem early enough, Justice called one of our installation teams. This installation team arrived and placed PowerBraces along the failing walls to stabilize the walls, as well as help to push the walls back to their original position over time with tightening.
